Shipping Costs
Many products -- besides being guaranteed to ship the Same Day you order them -- even ship free! Just look to the right of the product's picture for shipping prices and options.
Shipment and Delivery
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday except holidays. Shipments may originate from either our New Jersey or Nevada warehouses. Estimated ground shipping delivery time is 3-5 days for most areas. For a guaranteed delivery timeframe, select 1- or 2-day air shipping. We do not offer Saturday delivery.
APO and FPO orders ship via U.S. Postal Service at the ground shipping rate. Tracking and 1- or 2-day air shipping methods are not available for these orders. Some oversized packages cannot be shipped to APO and FPO addresses.
Orders ship only to physical addresses in the 50 United States (except APO and FPO addresses). Orders placed with P.O. Box addresses or addresses in foreign countries or U.S. territories will not be shipped until the shipping address is valid. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii must ship via 1- or 2-Day air methods.
Once an order has been shipped, its destination cannot be modified. If the order is returned because it could not be received at the shipping address given, we can accept the return but we cannot refund the shipping charges.
Payment
We accept all major credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Open Account. For cash customers, we accept
Western Union Quick Collect.
We will need to verify your address as listed with your bank. If for any reason we are not able to verify your billing and shipping address, your order will not be shipped and your credit card will not be billed. Your card will not be charged until your order ships. Our secure server is guaranteed to be the best - and safest - way to shop, but we will also take your order by phone. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, cashier's checks, or purchase orders. We do not offer an installment or a layaway plan, and we do not ship COD.
