The MAB1 model by Dean, creators of his distinct Double-Guitar and Quad-Guitar have kept his unique attention to quality in the creation of his single body model.
The MAB1 features a lightweight Alder body to combat playing fatigue. Other features include a Michael Batio spec'ed maple neck (exactly like he plays!), ebony fingerboard, Grover tuners, and three EMG pickups (EMG-81, 85 and SA pickups). Not to be outdone this guitar is equipped with a Floyd Rose licensed bridge for extreme whammy techniques and with Batio's own chosen Armoflame graphic finish.
