Different tempos and real bass players make it the most fun to jam to...There are also 5 bonus "Groove Study" tracks at the end that make you use what you've learned.
As mentioned, the Berklee College of Music just made it a mandatory part of the curriculum for level 1 and 2 drummers. Also used at Drummers Collective in New York City and Music Tech in Minneapolis MN and endorsed by The Drum Instructor's Guild.
