You never even need to press record, as BackTrack + Mic captures audio whenever it hears you play or sing. As a standalone recorder, the sensitive mic with automatic gain control will capture crystal-clear vocals or acoustic guitar. With a guitar plugged in to it, the quiet 1/4-inch input will capture a stunning signal.

BackTrack + Mic is super simple to use. After you play something brilliant, press the "Mark" button to mark that idea as special. Featuring a 1/4-inch amp output and a 1/8-inch headphone output, BackTrack + Mic allows for easy instant reviewing of both marked and non-marked ideas.

BackTrack + Mic can capture up to 24 hours of audio. Saved as .WAV files to a rugged and reliable 2-GB flash memory, the captured audio can be easily transferred via USB 2.0 to a computer for further recording, editing, mixing or storage. The internal battery, providing over 8 hours of life, can be recharged via the USB connection.
