The Mackie S218 is the matching subwoofer for the Mackie S215 and the S225 speaker cabinets. The S218 features a single 18 inch subwoofer, it can handle 500 watts at 8 ohm and has a frequency range of 31hz to 145hz. authorized Mackie dealer
The new Mackie Precision Passive series speakers were designed in cooperation with pro audio icon EAW. All three cabinets are made of 18 ply Baltic Birch plywood for tour grade toughness. The S218 features a 1.75 in. titanium compression driver coupled with a rugged 18 in. woofer. It is capable of handling 350 watts long-term and 1400 watts peak at 8 Ohms. The S225 features the same 1.75 in. titanium compression driver with two 15 in. speakers. The S225 handles 700 watts long-term and 2800 watts peak.
