The On Stage SS7766 Airhead Speaker Stand makes setup easier than ever thanks to its 6 position push-up stop pont locking system and Air Chamber ride down.
The SS7766 Airhead is new professional aluminum tripod speaker stand with cushioned ride down, even with a with 100 lbs. speaker cabinet, thanks to its a pneumatic shock absorber in the center shaf. Pushing the cabinet up is now easer with a 6 "stop-point" locking system. You can release your grip after pushing the shaft up 5" and then get a new grip on the shaft. The mid-point clutch has a separate friction-locking knob for added safety. The upper shaft is 1.375 in. in diameter and has a 1.5 in. top hat making the stand universal to fit all speaker cabinet inserts.
Load capacity is 100 lbs., and height is adjustable from 40 in. to 73 in. The stand weighs only 8 lbs. and the footprint is 48 in.. The stand comes in a black power coat finish.
