Pearl EX7P Export 2-Tom Expansion

The new EX-7P features an 8 in x 8 in. tom, an 8 in. x 10 in. tom, and a T-800W tom stand. The shallower depth of the 10 in. tom reflects the changing tastes of drummers today for quicker responding toms. This add-on package is perfect for expanding sets with 12 in and 13 in. rack toms.

Export shells are formed using Pearl's exclusive Heat/Compression molding system, the same process used on all Pearl drums from entry-level to our top-of-the-line Masterworks. Pearl's proprietary overlapping seams are gapless and allow the shells to vibrate uniformly, unencumbered by air pockets like others, for exceptional clarity and purity of sound.

ProTone Heads
All Export Select bass drums are outfitted with Pearl's exclusive heads with built-in Perimeter EQ rings for great sound out-of-the-box.

New Export Lug Design
The all new Export Series for 2001 features our new RL-10 and RL-20 lugs for an exciting new split lug design similar to that of our now renown Masters Series and totally handmade Masterworks drums. In addition to their superb visual allure, the new low-mass design enhances both resonance and sustain for an unbelievable tone.

I.S.S. Standard Equipment on New Exports
All Export mounted toms have been up-graded to feature Pearl's patented I.S.S. suspended mounting system tom holders that remove the mounting brackets from the shells thus allowing the drums to vibrate freely for an incredible increase in both resonance and sustain.

New Mahogany Shells
Export, like its sibling Export Select, now features a new 6-ply, 7.5mm, 100% Mahogany shell, for increased warmth and striking tonality. These new Export shells are formed using Pearl's exclusive Heat Compression Shell Molding System, the same process used on all Pearl drums from entry-level to our top-of-the-line Masterworks drums. Pearl's proprietary overlapping seams are gapless, and allow the shells to vibrate uniformly, unencumbered by air pockets like others. This process is the most exacting on the market today and is Responsible for Pearl's exceptional clarity and purity of sound.

Warranty Information
Hardware: Pearl stands and pedals are guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship for a period of three (3) years from date of original purchase.

Shells:Wood shells are guaranteed against material failure, ply separation or going out of round for a period of three (3) years from date of original purchase.
