Schecter BlackJack SLS C-7 Electric Guitar, 7-String

The Schecter Blackjack SLS C-7 Active 7-String Electric Guitar features a thinner arched top body for a lighter and more agile feeling guitar. Other features include Schecter locking tuners and Seymour Duncan Active Blackouts as well as a Hells Gate Skull inlay to compliment the ebony fingerboard. Combined with the ultra-thin neck profile, Ultra Access neck joint, and satin neck the Blackjack SLS C-7 Active Electric Guitar is built to shred.

Schecter Locking Tuners

Schecter Locking Tuners feature a locking screw pin to lock the string into place for greater tuning stability. Details include a 19:1 gear ratio allowing for precise fine tuning adjustments, removable knobs, threaded peghead bushing, and a 10mm diameter peg hole.

Ebony Fingerboard

Ebony has a snappy, crisp attack with the density of maple, but with more brittle grains, oilier pores, and a stronger fundamental tone than maple. It has a tremendous amount of percussive overtones in the pick attack, that mute out shortly thereafter to foster great, long, sustain.

Seymour Duncan Active Pickups

Black Outs capture the tone that players want in an active design using balanced inputs. The result is 12 dB to 14 dB less noise, plus more lows, highs, and output.

Three-Piece Maple Neck

Made with three pieces of maple for extra stability. Three piece necks can withstand the test of time. Where standard necks may show aging defects from temperature and moisture changes throughout the years, the three piece neck will stay nice and straight for a lifetime of playability.

Satin Finish with Ultra-Thin Profile

The SLS collection features a Satin finish neck for lightning fast playing above and below the 12th fret, an ultra-thin neck profile (19mm at 1st fret/ 20mm at 12th fret), and Ultra Access neck joint shape for easier access to the last frets.

Slim Line Series

The SLS models feature a thinner Arched Top body (45mm) for a lighter and more agile feeling guitar. Combined with the ultra-thin neck profile, Ultra Access neck joint, and satin neck the SLS is built to shred!

Hell's Gate Skull Inlay

The Mother of Pearl 'Hell's Gate Skull' inlay compliments the beautiful ebony fretboard. The thin White binding strip adds a nice highlight.
