The Schecter RIOT-5 is that unique bird, it has a mahogany body which gives you a thick and meaty sound but an extra smoothness and sustain is imparted by the neck-thru-body design. The chocolatey, beautifully-grained wenge top adds to the overall beauty of the instrument. The RIOT-5's neck is a multi laminate maple and walnut, 35 inch scale neck with a rosewood fingerboard and 24 jumbo frets.
