The DTXpress II takes Yamaha's original DTXpress to an all-new level of versatility and flexibility for beginners and performing professionals, studio musicians with space and mic limitations, and apartment or condo dwellers. The DTXpress II adds features that exceed drummers' demands without raising the price. With an acoustic kit's sounds and feel, the sound/trigger module is loaded with over 1,00 onboard sounds, 128 GM voices, 80 drum kits, 127 songs, an integrated 2-track sequencer, 3-zone inputs on all pad inputs, a TO HOST connector, and Yamaha's unique Groove Check practice tool. It provides still more flexibility with its new 3-zone snare pad (main snare, rim, cross stick) that duplicates realistic snare characteristics, plus a 2-zone cymbal pad that allows edge sound and cymbal mute. The DTXpress II features high-quality rubber pads sensitive to your playing style and touch. The redesigned kickpad easily accommodates a double pedal. Even the rack has been completely redesigned with etched pipes and clamps for maximum stability without extra memory locks. Bass drum pedal not included.
