"Decent, But Tommy, You really didn't need to make me pay for your name"
Feature:For an aluminium stick, These are nearly top notch. They didnt warp or bend like lower quality, and the name of them makes me go "Gee, Maybe I should by it becayse it says Tommy Lee" seriously, These sticks would be good without the clebrety endorsement.
Quality:
Other than a few chips dents and scratches these sticks are like brand new. They put up all of the harshness I can deal to them. OF course though, I still wish the grip was better. It is nice but I had a hard time getting a good feel.
Value:
Here we are paying for the name though. I can get good metal sticks for a fraction of the price.
Desirability:
I have to say these sticks are sexy. Theres nothing better than plying a show and having someone ask me after words where I got my sticks because they look sick.
Sound:
As a metal Player i go through more sticks than I like, And buying bulk sticks in the sizes I want get harder and harder. These sticks however gave a full bodied sound, Although I did get some paint on my symbols early on, but that came off with a bit of fine sand paper. They give an awsome feel and are really good weight for more expierenced players to get the sound they want.
Support:
My first pair I purchased had a defect, and because of it I called the makers to inquire about the warranty. Replaced no hassle.
Overall:
Overall, These are wicked sticks for experienced metal stick drummers. People new to them will though not be used to the feel and damge their kit possibley. The only problem I could find is y hands freezing to them in this freezing weather up here, eh.
