Value:
This microphone is the top model of AKG. Due to investments in modern machinery they are offering this model for more than half the price of the top models of Neumann...

Sound:
Great sound, better than the Neumann U-87 I used to have. This microphone is quiter and also more detailed in the low-end aswell as the high-end.

Ease of Use:
Very easy to use

Support:
AKG support is great.

Overall:
Great product! You will use it for the next 10 years to come, so robust are these micros.

"Reinventing the Legend of the AKG C 414. A Must Have Microphone"

Feature:
IT's very diverse with 5 different patterns, a ton of features for whatever application your using it for, this is the mic to buy

Quality:
Only the highest of quality parts. The sound quality of this mic is the best you can buy, I've listened to some other mics in this price range and higher and nothing compares...not even the U87 compares...but this mic.

Value:
a little pricy but you get what you pay for...for this mic though. I think it's very reasonably priced...it easily compares to a $2k-$3k mic.

Desirability:
Gold screen on the front....very nice Bling Bling!!

Sound:
The sound on this thing is freakin amazing. It's one of those microphones that is so diverse you will never have to buy another mic again. It's high end, very high end, with 5 different patterns to choose from plus it comes with a nice alloy case, with a shock mount, pop filter, windscreen, dust cover and more.

Ease of Use:
very simple set up, plug it in choose the pattern you want, pop it in the shock mount, set up the pop filter. your set....

Support:
Haven't needed service....probably won't very durable mic..

Overall:
nothing compares to this mic except maybe some higher end mics in the thousands...for the price of $999....nothing comes close...plus the accessories and the case it comes with...you can't beat the diversity of this mic...AKG reinvented a legend of microphones..
