Value:
200 is a little much but they are very well made

Sound:
very high quality response, however the response curve (or line I should say in this case) takes some getting used to if you are used to normal studio monitors (speakers) such as the alesis monitor 1's. You have to get to know what sounds normal on these before you will be able to mix accurately at all. But the sound is very natural and very clean and of course great freq. range. Pretty soft / quiet since they are for monitoring not tracking.

Overall:
As far as comfort - these are absolutely, positively, deliciously INCREDIBLE. They fit around your ears so well that if they were any better, you wouldn't know they were there. No pressure points or anything, just perfect, ear-encircling comfort, without feeling super gushy soft either - they're just RIGHT that's all.

Sound:
AKG K240DF headphones the headphones arrived today (free two day fed ex). there seems to be a lot of clarity from the music that i never thought possible. each sound, each sample seems to be alive. the music appears warm and lush sounding. bass is lacking to a degree, but i find myself enjoying the music like never before.
