"Awesome keyboard for an awesome price!!"
This reviewer purchased this item from Same Day Music.
Has enough features for me, not a big feature freak. It does have some good editing features, even though it only has 1 lowpass filter, you can still create some awesome sounding patches. With some work, I was able to create an decent emulation of Janne Warman's lead sound, without using the original waveforms, so I'm happy.
Quality:
Tough design, great sounds, good keypads, havn't had a problem yet.
Value:
For the price range you can't really find a better keyboard, I'm making music with my band and it's working out great. I don't think I'll need to upgrade too soon, and even when I do I'll probably just get a module, cuz I like the design of this keyboard and it's reliable.
Desirability:
Hmm, well I'm not one about looks so I couldn't say, but I did really go crazy with sharpies and stickers, so now it loks awesome. I guess it looked cool out of the box, but who cares how a keyboard looks, it's the performence and sound that matters.
Sound:
Sound quality is awesome for the price range
Ease of Use:
Pretty easy to use once you read the manual, but making your own patches will require some practice and some tutorials on synth programming.
Support:
The spring to my pitch wheel broke, so I got a hold of Alesis, about 3 days and 15 dollars later, I had a 5 pack of brand new springs, seems like great service to me.
Overall:
I've had this keyboard for about 6 months now and I'm very happy with it. If my band makes it into a recording studio I'll probably buy a module or too to beef up the sound library. Don't get me wrong, the keyboard has a decent sound library, but I only found 15 presets that appeal to me, and the keyboard only uses 1 lowpass filter, so I would get modules to give me more to work with, but I would keep the keyboard as a controller becuase I love the keyboard.

Alesis QS6.2 Customer Review
Feature:The features,um...I don't know, but I would Like to add more useful and better sound effects for the dramas that are performed in the church I go to.But that's just me.But overall,it has very good features.
Quality:
This keyboard is built very sturdy. It is strong and hard for it's small toyish look.
Value:
I like the price on this keyboard. You get more for what you pay for.
Desirability:
I think anyone who wants a keyboard in an affordable price should get this one.It has a lot more to it than you think.
Sound:
I think this keyboard has slick sounds for a small one.Even though I only owned it for just 3 days,I still think I can find some cold sounds on this keyboard, especially with the expansion cards.
Support:
I don't know I didn't even ask them for anything yet,I just got it.
Overall:
I think I'll be with this keyboard for a long while. And when I move to something bigger,I'll keep it in the family.Plus,I paid for this.To me $600-700 is a lot still.I'm not rich.

Style of Music: I play gospel, jazz and just little bit of everything else
Experience: im a organ/piano player at my church in northeast ohio
Location: ohio

Quality:Well, this piano has never complely satisfied me, im a creative musician i need something with a little more creativity, like the fusion, extream, motif, fantum, or le.

Sound:
The sound on the QSR6 is ok the organs are probibly the best sounds on it the grand pianos are a 2 (tops) but the other sounds are pretty good. but i cant complain it was my first pro piano i ever owned!
Support:
I never used the support because it never screwed up, but im sure its the best
Overall:
