Have never written an review before, but these heads are so good I had too, for any drummers out there that don't know about them. I am a hard hitter and like a fat, deep rock sound that comes with tuning the batter head slightly loose. I have always used Remo or Evans before and they last a while and were always just OK in my opinion, nothing great. I ordered these heads because I found out some of my favorite rock drummers use them and the price was too good to be true. I grabbed the 5-pack not expecting too much more than maybe just half-way decent heads. Was I ever wrong... OMFG... All I can say is that I was totally, completely stunned by these absolutely amazing drum heads. I have been playing drums for forty years and have never, ever been so amazed by one piece of equipment I have added to my kit before in my life... My jaw literally dropped when I played them and not only heard, but felt the difference these heads brought to my kit. The deep, powerful sound you get is amazing... the bounce and response you get when you attack them is phenomenal and most likely where they get their name... and when you look at them you can even see them shimmer and ripple when you hit them... It really is sick and freaking amazing to play these heads.... Seriously... if you love your drums and playing the drums, do yourself a huge favor and buy these heads, you'll never play anything else. I know I won't!!!

Put them on, tune them and prepare to be stunned by what you see, hear and feel.
