Feature:

The truss came with accessories, but the documentation could have been written just a little bit better. Once I figured out a couple of things, it was very easy to setup.

Ease of Use:

Very easy to setup, but you MUST have two people to do so because each side of the truss has to be raised/lowered for setting up and shutting down.

Quality:

Excellent workmanship, and the stand is very sturdy!! The only caveat I can say about this product is the fact that a couple of the hookups took a few mins to setup because the plastic hadn't molded itself to the pole.

Manufacturer Support:

I have not dealt with the company that makes the product.

Value:

The best bang for the buck!!

The Wow Factor:

This is a must have for any mobile dj!!

Overall:

I expect to own this truss forever. If I ever have to replace it, I will replace it with the model that has the raise/lower handle crankshaft. Other than that, that's it!!

Feature:

Economical. The product is phenomenal for the given price. These are also easy to transport and can be stored with minimal needed space due to the telescopic design of the tripods. I have two of these units and can fit everything into my SUV with room for passengers. On top of this, the product has an impressive load capacity and doesn't sag (when assembled correctly).

Ease of Use:

Anyone who can assemble a microphone or cymbal stand can assemble this entire system. The only reason that my rating isn't perfect is that I didn't get directions on how to assemble the product (but I didn't need them) with my poduct.

Quality:

Highly efficient. Just keep a balanced weight load, as it lightweight in construction.

Manufacturer Support:

The company was typical in terms of wait time on phone calls and email. They also might have merged.

Value:

You might find an imitation of this product, but it may not be as durable and the price is as economical as we can get nowadays.

The Wow Factor:

For someone who can't afford the units which cost ten times as much, this product is first in line.

Everything is well built. On stage stands is always top of the line.

It is easy to transport but sometimes you really have to jimmy some components.

On-Stage LS7730 Backline Lighting Stand with Truss Customer Review

Ease of Use:

I have set this up myself, but is virtually impossible to raise solo. With the weight of the light on the truss, you definitely want to recruit some help to lift it.

Quality:

Regular C-clamps will mar the black finish. We use the collar clamps. Be sure the extensions don't fall too deep into the stand base. If you extend each tube one notch before hanging the lights, it puts the truss at an easy height to work with, as well as making it easier to raise the extensions. After a little over a year of use, doing only one show a month, one of the extensions has become bent. It's a bit more difficult to raise, but not too bad. If raised to it's full height it will wobble a bit.

Value:

This is a good product at a good price. Being fairly inexpensive, some minor annoyances were to be expected.
