Feature:
Having two maximizers in one box is very nice! Run it in stereo or dual mono.

Quality:
The 482i is built strong and the control knobs have a smooth, positive action.

Value:
It made my cheap PA sound like a much more expensive system, and my guitars sound great too............. especially my acoustic electric.

Desirability:
The quickest and best way to improve your sound for the least amount of money.

Sound:
Magic in a simple to use box!!!!!!!!!!!

Support:
Simply because I've had zero problems!!!!!!!!!!

Overall:
I have one in my guitar rack now and will probably add a second that will be dedicated just to the PA, possibly the 882i balanced unit.

Feature:
only an 8 because of the simplicity ... not a negative

Quality:
i picked mine up used and its solid as a rock

Value:
for what i paid ... a steal ... but even if i would have paid full price it would have been well worth it

Sound:
what a difference ... I had read the reviews, and to be honest i didnt believe the hype ... I WAS WRONG! ... I just picked it up at the local guitar center for $29 (used) ... and have not had much time to use it yet ... but already i can tell the difference ... I used my acoustic guitar with it ... its like night and day

Support:
9 only because I not dealt with any problems that would require "support"

Overall:
what would i do without it? ... replace it of course ... now that I have heard the difference it can make, I dont see how I could work without one

Two knobs for each channel, unbalanced input, great for what we use it for which is to improve our mix sound on the PA

great quality stuff, no crackling or connection problems.

Value:
for the price this is the cheapest upgrade you can add to your system and what a difference!

Desirability:
it looks very cool

Sound:
Addition of this unit to our rig makes everything clear and amazing. It sounds awesome, the drummer loves the clear overhead sound that jumps out of the mix.

Support:
no repairs needed yet.
