Behringer ACX450 Customer Review
Feature:
The feature count is good. Having separate FX on each channel is a real bonus - way ahead of the competition. The mic XLR is useful - especially since you can sing and play through the one box. Some of the FX options are not particularly useful, but the rest are OK.
Quality:
Well put together. The plastic knobs on the front may be a weak point unless treated with care.
Value:
Very good.
Desirability:
Looks and feels more expensive that it actually is.
Sound:
For its size and price, the sound is pretty good - at least a match for the competition unless you start spending lots more dosh. The EQ is adequate rather than exciting, but the basic sound is well balanced. The bottom end lacks some extension and warmth, but is no worse, and generally better, than its competitors.
Ease of Use:
Easy and intuative - no need for the manual!
Overall:
Ideal for use in a home studio, or on the road provided its treated with care.
