"Everything I expected and more."
Feature:This tuner does everything I needed it to do and does it very well.
Quality:
Seems to be made very well. The rack lights are an added bonus although I don't use them.
Value:
This tuner is well worth the money. Has very fast response time although I've only used it for electric and acoustic guitar.
Desirability:
Anyone wanting a rack mount tuner should consider this tuner. A guy I work with has a Korg rack mount and this Behringer works as well or better.
Sound:
Sounds very transparent which a tuner should.
Ease of Use:
Some have complained about having to read the manual before being able to use it. I plugged mine in and used it right out of the box. Although all of the controls are pretty straight forward. Even if you do need to read the manual, it's very easy to understand.
Support:
Don't know about service, I've never needed service for any of the Behringer products I have.
Overall:
I was originally going to rate this an overall 9 simply because it's cheap in price. But I opted to give it a 10 because it is well worth more than the selling price.

"can't tune low B bass string"
Feature:so many features. useful and useless. dual and multifunctions are confusing on one dial. Doubt about german conceived.
Quality:
the slowest responding tuner i have ever used. now i am using seiko tuner to tune my low B bass string. Behringer cannot recognise it. they should use seiko technology.
Value:
cheap like chips
Desirability:
trying to return it at the moment

"great tuner"
Feature:the only thing you could add to this would be a strobe mode for the tuner.
Quality:
looks great in the rack, seems well built.
Value:
for the price this is a great value $60 ~vs~ $259 for a Korg DTR2000 with about the same features.
Desirability:
I have it. I would buy it again if I needed 2 of them.
Sound:
N/A
Ease of Use:
low score on this only due to all the features, you need to read the user's manual before using it, the first thing to do is select/configure the instrument type e.g. bass, guitar, Banjo, etc. it helps the speed of note detection. it's just wrong to need to read a manual for a tuner.
Support:
Not Used
Overall:
In the band I play Bass in now the guitar players use 7 strings and I use a 5, we all drop the low B to an A, I have had problems with some tuners and this low A but this one works great with it and the rack light feature looks nice in the rack.
