"A Piece of Junk!"
Feature:Very nice features and loved the foot pedal.
Quality:
Absolute piece of garbage! I even read the negative reviews on the music sites but bought it anyway because I thought it's just people complaining to be complaining. I should have listened instead of being $Price shopper. I'm paying now!
Value:
Not a good value if it don't work.
Desirability:
Never again!
Sound:
It had a great sound presence for about 2 hours than it went to crap.
Ease of Use:
Very easy to use
Support:
Easy to reach and I am still waiting to see how they will handle my junky Amp.

"I have had amps that cost twice as much as this one and they did not come close to the power and tone of this one."
Feature:My only complaint is that I wish it had a built in compressor
Quality:
very sturdy
Sound:
I have had several diffrent brand of amps, and this amp can hold it's own with just about all of them. For the money , you can't beat it. excellent tone.
Ease of Use:
very easy to use

"THE best, MASSIVE wattage, low price."
Feature:They give you a footswitch. the most useful feature on any amp is the knobs.
Quality:
First you have to warm it up for the first two or three weeks. then it hums like there is no tomorrow. also to help with the sound I have found if you turn it on about 30 minutes before the gig you will have no problem.
Value:
probably more like a 9.9, there is no such thing as perfect. There is no comparison. I play with this MASSIVE wattage every week.
Desirability:
It is hot. when you walk in the room with it, everyone check it out.
Sound:
The sound you get out of this baby is saweet. It is about ten times better than the little 15 inch Beringer makes. It is deep and bassy and the price for it is great.
Ease of Use:
It took like three hours to get the right sound out of this saweet amp but once you get it it is awesome.
Support:
I honestly haven't had to deal with them. I have had no need to.
Overall:
If you do get this amp, make sure you have a way to move 100 pounds of dead weight. It is great once you get it there but the tough part is geting it ther. it has wheels but they are useless.

"This product blows... up."
Feature:I love the Ultrabass except I think that is what exploded the speakers at half volume.
Quality:
Totally worthless if you can't turn it up past 50%.
Value:
I spent $250 over and above the initial cost because I had to replace the speakers after playing on it for a little over two hours.
Desirability:
Who cares? It's an amp. I play in dark clubs, it blends into the background nicely.
Sound:
It sounded great until I blew the whole casing off both speakers during my first practice with it.
Ease of Use:
You definitely don't need a manual to work it, but maybe a big sticker on the outside that says "DO NOT TURN UP THE VOLUME!" would help a bit.
Support:
I opted against going back to the company (due to shipping issues like the other reviewer) and went to a local sound repair shop. I found out that the pretty aluminum speakers inside the amp are only 100 watts each. The repair shop dropped two 300 watt speakers in it and now it works like a champ.
Overall:
I have no idea how long the amp components will last since the speakers blew in two hours, but the repair shop said it's put together well except for the crappy speakers.

"Very disappointed."
Feature:Didn't have a chance to test them as the amp blew a speaker just inside an hour of low volume practice.
Quality:
No. It didn't last an hour.
Value:
If the speakers weren't total garbage, it would be the best value on the market.
Desirability:
Best amps are not sexy nor are they supposed to be.
Sound:
This amp sounded wonderful for the first hour with the output set 1/4 of the way up and then blew out a speaker. Complete just. 1 hour of play before it blows up? You gotta be kidding me!!!!!!! I wasn't even testing the volume on it. I was merely testing the sound quality. Absolutely ridiculous.
Ease of Use:
Very easy to use and to blow up.
Support:
Sure. I can send it back if I pay for the shipping. Shipping a $300 amp this size might end up costing more than it is worth.
Overall:
I loved it at first, but can't believe I blew a speaker at 1/4 output inside of an hour of use.
