"Not for quiet acoustic recordings"
This reviewer purchased this item from Same Day Music.
Switch for roll off and -10dB pad (but not together)
Quality:
There is noticeable hiss when recording quiet passages. I had to use a hiss filter to clean up an acoustic live recording!! The self noise "hiss" is higher than a pair of CAD GXL 1200's that I use for the same application and since hearing the hiss difference I stopped using the C-2's for any quiet recording
Value:
You get want you pay for, another $60 will get you a pair of CAD GXL 1200's that perform better for quiet acoustic recordings.
Desirability:
They look cute but after a while you realize Behringer cut some sound quality corners to reduce the price
Sound:
The mics have a decent low end and required little EQ for recording only slight high end roll off was needed). Not for close vocal
Ease of Use:
Package comes with a stereo mic "bar" and a storage box
Support:
Only emailed Behringer once, they replies in about 3 days and followed up with another email
Overall:
Stopped using these mics for quiet acoustic recordings.

"Small size, big value."
Feature:Come complete with case, stereo T bar and pop shields. So small they disappear from view for unobtrusive use.
Quality:
Excellent at this price. Look and feel like quality kit.
Value:
No one else makes a comparable matched pair at this price. Exactly how well they're matched might be another question.....
Desirability:
Sex appeal strictly limited, but functional and very useful.

"Overall brilliant mic on quiet sound sources."
Feature:Sound great on vocals and quiet applications.
Quality:
I love the bandwith, and the low noise.
Value:
Amazing
Desirability:
yea
Sound:
Sounds great. I, as a matter of fact, used them on quiet sound sources. An all male choir of 17 in which every singer was miced. Not only was there no hiss issue, because anyone with a brain would use preamps set high. If you set them low you will get an undesirable amount of hiss. I also used them on piano, and that went very well.
Ease of Use:
That other guy is dumb. He also uses improper spelling and grammer.
Support:
They told me everything I needed to know in a simple phone call.
Overall:
mmmm...toasty
