"Too darn Noisey!!!"
Feature:nice features, like all the input/output/link options, can't complain about the features for the price!
Quality:
Reasonably build another user said it should have rubber feet which I'd agree with but apart from that it seems ok
Value:
At first it seems like a bargain 2 DIs for that price can't be bad, but really the noise is such a problem that it takes away the value!
Desirability:
practical addition really, but I do like DIs that have an LED :) silly I know but these active DIs without LEDs just don't cut it lol
Sound:
as other users have found the noise floor is too high!! Sounds pretty good though if you ignore the noise, freq response doesn't seem bad.
Support:
used behringer support for a different behringer product guess what there isn't even a UK number for me to ring, I filled in an online form to which I got no response. Poor show.
Overall:
Normally I think behringer make top value products with very decent performance, not this one! If behringer made this product to have a real noise level of <100dB I'd be all over it, I'd buy 50! As it is I won't buy another, I'm really starting to see the appeal of paying

"Handy white noise source!"
Feature:The feature list is great, but it's really useless with the noise that is generated. Two channels in such a small package and low price seemed too goo dto be true and it was.
Quality:
It looks nice, but the noise!!
Value:
It's cheap and relatively rugged, but like I said too noisy.
Desirability:
I must admit it was an impulse buy. The casing is attractive
Sound:
I'll admit that I haven't tested the frequency response, but I've checked it for noise level. The DI20 generates enough white noise to negate the advantage of changing to an unbalanced line.
Support:
Have not sought support.
Overall:
I am returning it ASAP and seeking another solution. Perhaps a passive DI that I know is just a transformer.

"Noisy noisy noisy"
Feature:Great features. 2 channels, and very flexible. Can act as splitter to monitor when one channel is used. But with the noise, the features are pure cosmetics.
Quality:
My first DI20 I purchased gives a strange hum. They exchanged it, and the second one has a hissing when fader turns up to 10 and gain knob at 11 o'clock. The shop tested the others and they all behave like the second one. The S/N ratio is definitely not as published to be 100dBu. Behringer can get sued if someone got the time to provide test report to prove that.
Value:
It's a useless thing if you use it in recording studio. For giging... see if you can tolerate the noise.
Desirability:
No. pay 10 bucks more for the DI100. That's a much better product.
Sound:
Noise is a big problem. Even without plugging in my guitar, the DI20 generates hissing. The frequency response is dodgy. I suspect the mid to high frequency got attenuated somewhere, sounding like amplifying through a curtain.
Support:
Behringer never responded after a few emails from my local reseller.
Overall:
Changed it after 2 hours when I have done isolating the noise source.
