"behringer DX626 not a bad choice!"
Sound:
Everything is perfect..... sounds good, gain, bass, mid, treble are perfect!
Feature:
the only thing I have to comment on is the beat counter. It is pretty slow. I always (7 years now or so) played without a beat-counter. Most of the time the beat counter is still calculating and I am pretty much done. maybe if you are less experienced you might like this a lot. Oh and it does not go higher than 160bpm, which is not very high, in my oppinion. (think Omar Santana speed)
Other than that, a great buy and highly recommended!
Quality:
Also good, only the channels feel al little rough..... they need some oil or something.
Manufacturer Support:
So far so good. Did the online registration got an email back. So perfect so far.
Value:
You can buy this mixer for around $99 now a days. For this you get a beat counter and an extra channel compaired to other brands like numark or gemini. The mixer is also a little bigger, which makes the buttons more user friendly because they are more separated. Berhinger was for me always a good brand, it lasts forever. Numark and gemini have the tendency to get a "cracking sound" when you open the channels. this is very disturbing.
But to really know if the behringer is going to do this I have to use it a little longer, but my old behringer was always good!
The Wow Factor:
I would still buy it.
Overall:
I'll use this mixer for several years probalby, as long as it does not breakdown.
perfect for "the home Dj" and especially for the beginning Dj due to the beat-counter.
