"That's it! 60 bucks for a delicate mic pre!"

Feature:
It comes with manual, warranty card and power adapter. Few knobs and buttons allowing you to modify warmth of tube.

Quality:
Solid. Made in China. Works well so far.

Value:
In this price range, yes, it's the best!

Desirability:
You get what you paid!

Sound:
I gave it 10 just because it sold for 60 bucks. It sounds better than Art MP preamp, and has low noise (-62db in Max gain input and output).

Support:
I heard a lot of people complained Behringer's customer support. Never call or email them before. I can't conclude anything.

Overall:
You can't ask for class A tube premap in this price range. However, Behringer MIC200 provides beginners with a very cheap and handful tube preamp. Go for Behringer Mic200 if you want to spend only 60 bucks. Go for Studio Projects VTB-1 if you have 130 bucks budget. They sounds much better than Art and Presonus cheap mic pre.
