"Satified/Proud & Loud"
Feature:Very easy to use, easy set up, and quick find controls. Changing bands every hour for 15 hours over 2 days was so comfortable.
Quality:
I find this one of the best products I use, with well over $55,000 in equipment I am proud to show off at any gig I use it at, The look the finish the quality in workmanship really does trill me and all on lookers.
Value:
The best I have 4 mixers and 2 powered mixers for different shows, I like this board when doing the big festivals and out side events I have already made my money back on this board after my first 2 concert festivals, so is the price right, oh yea!
Desirability:
If I have to choose "sex appeal" in a product I guess so the color is bright but with a "I am tough go ahead and work me.
Sound:
I was told when I purchased this product that there is not allot of head room when working with bands. I find this product a very well laid out board with lotts of head room and easy applications. After spending the last weekend working with a festival of bands preforming 50's to modern country. The bands loved the sound split to monitors and the crown which covered over 3000 people, (well not one complaint) which says allot.
Support:
I have had no problems so this is unknown.
Overall:
I would suspect if I had this board a year I would be doing good, not that I would get ride of it, but as we all move forward in good business and the lines of entertainment grows I predict I will be going larger within a year. After Being sold short on this board by other in my field, but taking the risk to buy anyway, I can now put their words to the wind and be proud of what they say couldn't be done.done with

"A great deal for the working musican"
Feature:I love the 8 buss configuration. It makes it very versital to use for monitors, effects etc... I wonder why it only has one place for a light instead of two? A board as wide as this really needs another light. I wish it came with at least one light.
Quality:
This board appears to be very road worthy. Only owning it for the short time I have, I expect there will have a few things to fix or figure out, but I'll cross that bridge when I get there.
Value:
A real bargan for money spent. It sounds better than the $4,000.00 Mackie board that we made our first recording with.
Sound:
I purchased the board just a few weeks ago and have used it for a live environment mixer. I am impressed with the clean sound as compared to other more expensive boards I have owned. It has very crisp highs and very musical lows. Outboard power means very quiet operation.
Support:
A few days after I owned it, I had a hard time trying ti figure out the sub groups routing. I contacted the on-line support at behringer with some questions and got the response the next day. They answered all my questions and sent diagrams and materials that make that section make sense.
Overall:
I estimate that this board will be a part of my sound system for a long time.

"Behringer may have fooled me"
Feature:The product did not include accesories. I wish either it had come with a lamp or instructed how to install one in the owner's manual. Besides this I don't see that it needs any accessories.
Quality:
It is advertised as being very reliable. In my experience with two of these boards this is false. I received one about three months ago. The other I received about one month ago. The first began acting up more than a month ago. There are problems with the power supply unit overheating. The second board came to my house with a problem. It functions normally, but the left meter is constantly peaked out, therefore not allowing you to balance things in stereo visually. The first board has now developed another problem recently. It irraticlly looses right-stereo level control. In other words: one minute the right output is equal with the left, the next it is off, another minute it is fading in and out. It is indicated by the meters. There is no control on the board to correct this problem. It does this under any situation, even when nobody is touching the board. These problems are not covered in the owner's guide. Based on these experiences occuring immediately upon or soon after the boards' arrivals, I highly question the relliability of your products.
Value:
I thought the price for something of this league was awesome. Unfortunately, I may have been deceived as to what league this product should be in and mabey I didn't get the deal I'd thought.
Desirability:
It isn't gorgeous piece of equipment, but what mixing console is? It is a good looking board and I enjoy seeing it every time. I think it is set up well.
Sound:
I like the fact that its mid range control's center position is 800hz instead of 3k like some Mackie products. I think it is low noise through the mains, but unmuted channels can add up to much noise in the aux section. This may be some error of mine.
Support:
I have contacted Behringer about the concerns listed above and their technical support did not return my call. I will try once again during their short business hours. I may get a return, replacement, or refund. If these problems are not adressed with urgency and ease, I may switch to another brand alltogether.
Overall:
This board is exactly what I need if it would just function properly. If the two I have will last, I shouldn't need another board as long as I live.
