"Behringer MXB1002 is the best mixer in its size and price range."
Feature:This is one of the smallest mixers (and, I think, the smallest Behringer) to have proper faders instead of knobs. This makes it much easier to use. It has more inputs (especially mic inputs) than other mixers in its size and price. The down side is that the phantom power is only 23v. With the ready availability of low cost large-diaphragm condenser mics, it should have 48v. However, phantom power packs are available, so this is something that you can work around.
Quality:
Very solidly made.
Value:
Excellent mixer for the money.
Desirability:
This is probably the best mixer in its price and size range. There are better mixers, but they are also more expensive.
Sound:
Excellent sound for the price.
Support:
Not had to have support yet (knock on wood).
Overall:
This is the best mixer for its size and price. It is sturdy, has good sound, proper faders, plenty of inputs, all of the fundamental mixer controls, and is easy to use. The only downside is the 23v phantom power instead of 48v.
