"Maybe not as cool as a $2000 deck, but isnt that the point!"

Feature:
Again for $250 there's a pretty decent selection of stuff to mess around with. Some of the built in FX are kinda suspect (some I just prefer the digital equivalents in SoundForge), but all in all the deck holds up.

Quality:
Feels a little light, but its definetly sturdy. Kinda wish it had 100mm sliders, but cant complain too much really (its a vast improvement over the dials on my little desk top yamaha)

Value:
no other mixer packs this much stuff into $250. What else can you say.

Desirability:
It's definetly slick. Smooth looking silver. It makes you want to touch it. Huge improvement for me over digital mixers and little desk top 4 input no slider Yamaha's. I think I'm going to go play with it right now...

Sound:
Nice and rich. dollar for dollar definetly one of the cleanest decks I've ever used.

Support:
My dealings with Behringer are mostly good. The people I've spoken to have always been very courteous, but once on an exchange the product took forever to come back. Not necessarily their fault, but it still kinda sucked

Overall:
I'm expecting to keep this deck for at least 2 years before completly abandoning it and moving on to a digital deck. Probably around the same time I dump my current DAW.

"A whole lotta bang for the buck."

Feature:
A little Mackie

Quality:
Solid

Value:
It's unreal for the money

Desirability:
I wanted to hate it but I can't

Sound:
Clean

Support:
Not tested as yet

Overall:
I really wanted to hate this thing as if it were the German version of the cheapo Alesis approach to mixers, but I have to admit it's pretty sweet - especially for the price. I've owned a lot of mixers, including a Mackie 1604 VLZ Pro, and this is probably the best initial experience I've had with a board. We'll see how it holds up over time. . .
