"Reliability Issues..."
Quality:Having random, intermittent problems with gain structure on channels 1-5...had warranty repair done once and problem has resurfaced...hearing of people having similar issues with Mackies...whats up with that?! If nothing else, a consol needs to be reliable!

"if only i knew the sound quality...."
Feature:not bad (if it sounded good)... the only thing was the messed up AUX setup.... u almost hafta criss-cross some of the channels to have an external sound proc to have any affect in the system...
Quality:
horrid sound.... but looked nice
Sound:
horrible... i have had clearer sounds having to string together two 8 channel boards... it was muddy no matter what i did... with one mic i had to have my highs all the way up, and my lows all the way down... (and yes, i tried everything to remedy this)

"Excellent value"
Feature:For this price, these features... amazing!!! Even without the effects module, This board would have nice features for it's price.
Quality:
We tried a lot of boards a the store. This one sounded nearly as good as any other high price board in its category. You can't really tell the difference when playing in front of 100 people. If you try it out at the store, you hear a little difference, but mind you, an audience produces alot of noize too, so the little difference in quality isn't worth the extra 700

"Behringer Has Done It Again"
Feature:You have pretty much every routing option you actually NEED. Now, you mighe be into more experimental and complicated music. You have to know that this mixer will NOT give you every single routing possibility, but enough for every live performance at least. The onboard effects are not bad. It really depends on the rest of your gear too. I really just use it for quick and dirty reverb on the vocals when we practice. I have used it for live shows twice. It sounds good enough to a normal listener's ears. --I don't use any other of the effects--
Quality:
Behringer makes great stuff. This board is very well-made as well. Again, you can't expect to get a Mackie or an Allen & Heath quality, because you're not paying $1600. In my opinion, the quality-price ratio is higher than A&H and Mackie.
Value:
For the price... you just simply can't beat it. It's worth every penny.
Desirability:
We use this mixer solely for live shows and practice sessions. If I were to buy a mixer for these purposes I would buy a Behringer again. THE very best bang for the buck.
Sound:
Sound quality's good. For the price you can say it's great. Definitely not as good as a Mackie or an Allen & Heath, but then again, you're not paying a grand or more for the board. One thing you need to know is that the mixer is sensitive to EMI/RFI and AC line noise. So if you get some constant noise, make sure you use a power conditioner to take care of the line noise. I used to work with a Mackie in the same environment, and it didn't have the noise problem. I assume the Behringer is just more sensitive and doesn't have any noise filtering for itself.
Support:
I have never had a problem with this board. Except the noise caused by the AC line noise, which was immediately solved by a $5 surge protector/line filter from OfficeMax! But I've had some problems with other Behringer products (B-1 condenser / HA4600 Headphone Amp) and the customer support doesn't reply as fast as you need them to. But they DO.
Overall:
I'll only buy another mixer if this one starts giving me trouble, or if I get extremely rich and can afford an A&H!
