"High quality swithing and mixing ability in an attractive package."
Feature:The mix controls can even amplify the incoming signal to drive the front of an amp a little harder.
Quality:
Built strong, like all Boss pedals. Very good sound. Works like a dream with my tube pre amps and heads.
Value:
It's only 30 dollars more than a cheesy AB box with mechanical switches, and much more versatile.
Desirability:
With the white box, black lettering, and red and green lEDs, this thing looks good on both of my pedalboards.
Sound:
Does not color the sound at all. Passes strong preamp signals to the power amp effortlessly, without sucking tone. Silent switching makes it a great AB switch. I use one as an AB send, and another as a 2 channel mixer. Sweet.
Support:
Never had to call for support on a Boss product.
Overall:
This thing should serve me for the rest of my life.
