"This is the best value pedal on the market."

Feature:
This was the first pedal I ever bought, so at the time it was great, I didn't hardly know how to use it, but now I am wishing there was more. Great sound though.

Quality:
I've had it for almost 2 years and it has never let me down, really fantastic, and I do treat it pretty rough.

Value:
Absolutely the best value BOSS distortion and overdrive out there.

Desirability:
Very retro. Very cool.

Sound:
I can get the exact tone I want for any of the styles of music I play, blues, classic rock, hard rock, and even though I don't play metal, it can sound pretty metal if you want it to.

Support:
Never had to deal with BOSS.

Overall:
I think this will remain as my favoured distortion and overdrive pedal. I haven't heard anything that tops it in either of those categories.

Feature:
What more could you want? Maybe an eq, but that would be too many knobs on it. The color knob along with the usual distortion pedal knobs proves to be perfect.

Quality:
A Boss...hello!

Value:
I paid 75 for it from this website, but I wouldn't mind the price coming down about $10. It IS worth every dollar I paid, though.

Desirability:
Yes I want it. I bought it!

Sound:
I use it as a mix of distortion and od, but much more on the od side. It's not a tube driven pedal, but it does sound quite amazing.

Support:
Never had to deal with them, but the warrenty boss always has is great!

Overall:
I am very happy with this pedal, and I will not be looking for another pedal maybe until we start to record our next album.

when buying this pedal u need to buy the cable and outlet plug seperatly but it is deffinetly worth it!

Quality:
this pedal is very compact and easy to use, there are no parts to install or pus together just plug it in and play it, it is very well made with a rubber pad where the pedal is and a metal casing.

Value:
i would say its deffinetly worth it but it wouldnt hurt to drop the price about 10 - 15 dollars

Sound:
the sound is beautiful, sounds just like real bands, u can set the different levels of overdrice and distortion so u get that perfect sound.

Support:
no i have no probelm where i would need to talk to the company, they are very cooperative though they give your 24 hours assistence with multiple phone numbers.

Overall:
i comtinue ever time i use this pedal to be satisfied more and more verytime.

Quality:
It's a boss need I say more?

Value:
I think it could be priced less but the sound is tremendous so I'll spend the money.

Desirability:
I really really want it for its warm, distinctive distortion sound!

Sound:
When coloring towards the DS 1 boss distortion, it produces a warm, clear distortion that's full of character. It's much better than the DS 1 by itself, probably the combination of the overdrive and distortion gives this pedal ripping, distinctive sound.

Ease of Use:
Very easy to use and to shape the sound. Plug in and play

Overall:
I expect this product to be a permenant part of my set up. I'll always seek different sounds but love that distortion, did I say that already? lol
