"Good but not great. Many features that not necessarily translet on its sound."

    Feature:
Good features but due to the lack of electronic panel showing the functions and features, it becomes harders to understand where are the current settings.

    Quality:
    Very good so far.

    Value:
    Good prince.

    Desirability:
    Nice looking piece.

    Sound:
Not very sharp a clear. It sounds a little low and blocked. I wonder if th fact I have the piano in a room w/ carpet floor makes such a big difference. I also don;t know how much I can improve the sound just w/ the current settings. Anyway, good piano but I would go for something better. I decided to get this one beacuse the sales person at BestBuy told me not to worry about the different brans. Then she showed me a Yamaha that according to it's features is of a lower level of the Casio AP-400. Unfortunately, the sound quality was very different.

    Ease of Use:
again no electronic panel to assist handling the features.

    Support:
Havent exprienced yet, but I understand to call and ask for help on the sound adjustment and feature settings.

    Overall:
If I could I would get a different one because of the sound. But since I have just bought it on line it's a little hard to ask for echange to a different piano. I still intend to try to do it.
