Sound:

The sound of this product is of very good quality for the price that I spent for this product, however I wish that this product had a higher volume.

Feature:

The stand that I received with the product is very sturdy and I am very satisfied with it, however, the headphones that were enclosed with this bundle are useless, they do not work with the keyboard nor with any other audio product that I own. I am very disappointed because I have to spend money on one that works.

Ease of Use:

The product is very easy to use. However I found that the manual leaves alot to be desired.

Quality:

I just received the product a few days ago It is to soon to tell.

Manufacturer Support:

Contacted the company concerning a discontinued product to see if I could find a later product with the same specifications but was referred to a phone number that was constantly busy.

Value:

Yes, you cannot beat the price for what you are getting.

Overall:

This product will possibly be with me a long time it all depends on the longevity that the manufacturers have given this product. This product helps me to meet my musical goals in that I always wanted to learn to play the piano, for the price and the features it can't be beat.
