Sound:

Very clean, very clear and punchy audio at any level. I am a keyboard player with a home studio where I use these for playback in the live room. They are efficient as hell, sound fantastic & offer very tight lower-end response. The mid-driver really helps for vocals to rise above any thing else you have in your mix. The high-frequency driver offers crisp & sweet reproduction without the need for additional "tweaking". BUY 'EM...YOU'LL LOVE 'EM!!!

Overall:

Community has been around for a long time. They have produced some very classic speaker models including very demanding outdoor venue speakers (R-Series). I have been a sound contractor for 15 years & been exposed to virtually all speaker manufactures. Community is definitely my favorite "sleeping beauty" of speaker manufactures. The "S" Series are very musical while very capable of taking a PUNCH without issue. Buy these babies...you will NOT regret!
