"Horrible"
Feature:First of all, the my keyboard was supposed to fit in this case according to the company's chart. When I got it home, it did not fit properly.
Quality:
I used this case once, and it broke. It broke after one day of use! All latches are loose and some have fallen off completely. Worst of all, my keyboard was seriously damaged after the flight and I had to take it to the repair shop.
Value:
customer serive is unhelful and rude. The product comes with a supposed lifetime warranty, but it broke after one day of use and all the company offered to do was send new parts in the mail.
Overall:
I expected this product to be very durable after paying $250 for it. I did not expect it to break after one day, and I certainly did not expect my keyboard to be damaged after using ther case. I will replace it with a road ready style case. I bought the SKB case because I thought it was lightweight and it had wheels, and I mistakenly thought it was durable. This case has given me nothing but problems.
