Sound:

I just purchased this unit and I love it!. I use it primarily for live sound in a small rack for vocals and acoustic guitar. It is transparent and very quiet. I play in a five piece country -rock band and do solo and duo acoustic shows. I use it to bring up quiet vocal and figerpicking parts in my acoustic show and to bring up vocals in the mix with the band. It handles both tasks very well. I also purchased the 166XS which I am using for adding punch and solidity to drums and bass. It is also a very good unit and a great value. Same Day shipped it to me very quickly and they are my favorite on-line music store.
