"The Digitech Vocalist Live Pro is most definitely a PRO!!"

Sound:

have to say that this is a great harmonizer. The effects and the harmonies are really good. They sound much more natural than the old vocalists. By the way, the only reason I don't give it 10's is then there is no where to go if something better comes out. Yeah, I know,,, you can always go to ELEVEN!

Feature:

One of the coolest things about this unit is the ability to have it track by midi or by chord recognition directly from your guitar. I was blown away with how good a job it did from the guitar. It really surprised me.

Ease of Use:

For me, the unit was very easy to use, but if your not familiar with the Digitech system, it may take a slight learning curve, but nothing drastic. It just has a lot of parameters available to adjust and that takes time to get familiar with. Of course, there are plenty of presets that may already have exactly what you're looking for.

Quality:

The vocalist is very well made. I have old digitech vocalists and GSP21's from the 90's still working fine. Their rack gear is built to take some abuse

Manufacturer Support:

I have needed help with repairs in the past or needed parts and they have always been more than eager to help. Can't say enough good things about the company

Value:

You always want to get something cheaper than you had to pay. It's human nature. The vocalist is worth the price though.

The Wow Factor:

besides the features it has, it is a good looking piece of gear.

Overall:

At this point, if the unit were stolen or completely died, I'd pick up another on of the same... no hesitation
