    Feature:
    Standard string winder. The bridge pin removal part is VERY handy.

    Quality:
    Made of plastic, but I think it'll last at least a few years.

    Value:
    For $2, it is WELL worth it! You're stupid not to buy it if you change your strings even only once a month.

    Desirability:
    Not really sexy, but I guess it could be interpreted by some feminists as a chauvinist phallic symbol.

    N/A

    Support:
    Never dealt with them.

    Overall:
    Worth the $2 even if it was just able to pull bridge pins.
