"Who is this Nirvana you all keep talking about?"

Feature:
One knob, one switch. One smart design.

Quality:
Construction seems very tough. Metal case with a nice solid knob. I'll throw it in traffic later to see how it holds up.

Value:
Much cheaper and easier to use than any other chorus pedal.

Desirability:
It's super sexy and would make a good self-defense weapon if needed.

Sound:
This is an intense little box. I went into a store looking for a Boss Chorus Ensemble but they were out. The sales guy told me about the Electro Harmonix stuff he has behind the counter and pulled this pedal out. I hooked it up to a rig on the sales floor and two minutes later I was standing in the check out line. It blows everything else away without all the frills and extra knobs added to inflate the price.

Ease of Use:
If you can't figure it out, you have problems.

Support:
Legendary company. I'm proud to own anything by them.

Overall:
Electro Harmonix fan for life.

"not just for nirvana fans"

Feature:
it has one dial and it's certainly sufficient.

Quality:
thus far it seems rather sturdy, only time will tell.

Value:
i bought mine for an excellent deal, just under 50 bucks new.

Desirability:
it has classic retro stylings, which i find very hot.

Sound:
unlike the other people who bought this pedal, i didn't buy it for nirvana sounds. i wanted a warm chorus sound that is all shimmering like the smiths and i got it.

Support:
i've never had to get any customer support, but i'm sure if the company has been around this long there must be a reason why.

Overall:
no complaints, and the sound is awesome.

"YYYEEEEEHAAAA!! :D"

Feature:
it's features are in it's sound, not it's looks: 12 string chorus, leslie effects, watery sounds... good chorus. :D

Quality:
Electro-Harmonix doesnt make their stuff too strong... (that's if you dont play football w/ it), take care of it and it'll last you... unless you live w/ the 'adoms family.' :D

Value:
pretty good. :D

Desirability:
genius award goes to: electro-harmonix, small clone, the color if it, the unique shape, & the "retro style stomp box button thingy". :D

Sound:
easy to use w/ just only one knob, but it's a great corus. Electro-Harmonix doesn't make thier stuff too strong though... but it'll last you a long time (that's if you don't "play football" w/ it.) I've played on it for every day now for 2 months, and the battery life still hasn't run out (this depends on how many hours you play each day), I play for about: 4-6 hours a day, maybe more (sometimes). Kurt Cobain used this too... Example: the clean intro to: come as you are, & smells like teen sp., & a few others, he also sued a 'poly chorus', which makes alot of feedback... only if you want it to. the DEPTH switch does make a 'clicking' noise though. :D

Support:
I have not dealt w/ the company, so i'm not going to coment... I already said too much. :D

Overall:
good. :D

"Fair review from someone who doesn't want to sound exactly like Nirvana."

Feature:
Durability alone should earn it a 10 here, but.... I suggest buying the AC adapter. You don't have as many options as some peddles(knobs and such), but it gives you more sound than you'd think, and the quality of the sound will outdo the rest.

Quality:
I noticed someone said it would run down in 3 years. That's unfair to say. This is one of the mose durable peddles out there. I don't see any reason why this thing would ever break. It'd break your toe before you broke it. Sound quality is phenomenal--unmatched in my opinion.

Value:
Value defines this one. I got mine for under $80, and for the durability and sound quality that's a steal. Can't say enough about it's uniqueness.

Desirability:
Go to the store and stare at it for a while. Play it one time and you'll see why I gave it a "10" here.

Sound:
Nice fatty chorus. Even though it has become synonymous with Cobain, this peddle is capable of much more than a "nirvana sound". It is surprisingly versatile. The rate knob is very sensitive giving you more options than you would think at first glance. Add distortion and you'd better be ready to rock! Probably sounds better than other peddles that cost more. If your amp has a built in chorus effect, you can use them together to produce some of the craziest sounds you've heard from your amp.

Support:
Not sure here, but it's a reputable company. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. Free warranty.

Overall:
Overall, it's the best chorus for the lowest price. The only other chorus I would use now would be the more expensive model from E.H.
