"Great vocal and general use dynamic mic"
Feature:Rubberized grip is great, . . . far better than a metal grip in terms of damping of handling noise and ability to hold the mic without dropping.
Quality:
Very well made. Uses natural rubber damping to isolate the cartridge. Additionally the internal construction and general isolation mechanisms are vastly superior to other mics. The result is freedom from handling noise and vibration pickup from stands.
Value:
Worth the price and then some.
Desirability:
Look is retro . . . I love it.
Sound:
This is a live performance microphone. The mic has a great full sound and an ability to cut through the mix. I also own a 767. This one has a better sound but the 767 allows higher gain. My call is to use the 767 for lead vocals and the 267 for backup and general use.
Ease of Use:
Plug it in and use. Nothing complicated
Support:
Website provides both service and product manuals.
Overall:
Go with the EV
