this mic is intended for gain before feedback and does a marvelous job while still having an excellent sound .the sound is also very stable at high volume levels and proximaty effect is not a problem.this mic compares favorably with the beyer m88 mic which is twice as expensive.

this mic is of the utmost quality just like the rest of the ev products.

Value:
this mic is worth every penney i spent on it. i would have paid more for the quality and sound out of this product.

Desirability:
this mic is definitly worth having especialy when you come across situations where gain before feedback is a priority.a must have microphone even if you use it sparingly.

Sound:
sound is very robust clear and articulant.i would not use this for recording. there are better choices

Ease of Use:
it is fairly easy to get a good sound out of this mic.

Overall:
this is a great value considering the mic you are getting .it compares with mics that are twice the price.
