"YOUR GIG SOUNDS..."

Sound:

The bass reponse is warm but not as punchy (on it's own) as I would like. Like EV's the highs are loud-and-clear. If you add in an enhancer you can really hear these speakers come alive; more punch on bass too. Truely as EV's are, these speakers are great and loved to be cranked.

Feature:

Connections are like most other high-end speakers.

Quality:

Finish is durable and nice looking too. No rattles on the rear amp/mixer area unlike some models out there.

Value:

As a very reliable unit you should feel confident at your gigs that you will have quality sound throughout and no worries. Consider spending a few extra hundred more on that DJ budget and save money in the long run. That has been my experience. Built well.

Overall:

I'm an EV fan, and as for the powered series, I see these being in my rig as long as they want to stay. If you need more sound/spl for crowds 350 or more (without subs) go for the 360's.
