Feature:
It includes picks, full instructions for installation, full product description diagram and a little badge to let everybody know that your amp/cab has "Eminence Inside".

Quality:
I've had this particular speaker for just about 2 weeks now but I have other Eminence speakers and I would never doubt for a minute that they would withstand ANYTHING I throw at them. Hell, even Dime used them, isn't that more than enough?

Value:
Let's see, 10" All American speaker, 75 watts and up, PERFECT TONE, great customer service, under U$ 60.00? Try that with Celestion, at best you'll find 20 to 30 watts for double the price and half the tone.

Desirability:
Well, a speaker is just one of those pieces of gear you actually don't see when you're playing but look at it, isn't it one of the best looking speakers out there?

Sound:
Extremely well balanced tone, great lows mids and highs without any overshadowing the other, highly sensitive to playing dynamics, more so than the Ramrod (which I also own) REAL LOUD great for metal and heavy rock.

Support:
Never had any problems but when I wrote to the guys at Eminence asking for advice before I bought this speaker they responded the very next day, they helped me a great deal and were very cool about it.

Overall:
I don't see myself changing my Cajun, in fact, I'm actually thinking about getting another one to replace my Ramrod.
