    "Very Nice"

    Sound:
Sounds awsome. Nice and clean crisp sound. Stays in tune.
    Feature:
Great tone control, versitile, can get any kind of sound you want if you manipulate the knobs right.
    Ease of Use:
Though I love the fact that this guitar is light, is does sit weird on my sholder due the the heavy neck, but its more annoying than a problem. I still love it.
    Quality:
Looks, sounds and plays like a much more expensive guitar.
    Manufacturer Support:
    Havent had a problem
    Value:
    Definatly worth the money.
    The Wow Factor:
Looks awsome. The paint job is 2 toned and kind of striped, looks very unique, not plastic looking like some guitars. And the trapazoid inlays are beutiful.
    Overall:
If you cant afford a Gibson this is just as good. I plan on having this guitar for a long time.

Epiphone G-400 Electric Guitar Customer Review

    Sound:
This guitar has an awesome sound to start with. It can be crisp and clean, to heavily distorted. I myself play a lot of ACDC, and once you figure out the right tone, (bridge pick-up volume to 5, and the distortion on you amp in middle of half way, and a quarter up) is when this guitar is at its peak. You really get a feeling for the guitar. Once i figured that out, I cant help but to pick it up every time I enter my room. The only thing that would make the sound better would be to install and Angus Young Signature bridge pick- up.
    Feature:
The features are pretty wicked. The bridge holds well, and the pick-ups are sweet. The tuners are alright, the nut seems to be made of plastic. But that can easliy be replaced.
    Ease of Use:
So easy to use...the neck is soooooo fast, you can easily nail those tricky solos. The controls...there is such a difference in the tone nobbs.
    Quality:
The guitar is built really well, ecpessily the neck. It is really solid, its just like any Gibson neck. The finnish is truly awsome. The only thing that would make it better would be iff the wood had been flamed.
    Value:
You are paying for any awesome guitar. IT IS WORTH IT!!!!!

"Does the Epiphone SG compare to the Gibson?"

    Sound:
The sound is perfect for metal. However, it really depends on what kind of amp you have. If you have a Roland Cube 30, you can swith it from distorted to clean with a push of a button. Its a really good guitar.
    Feature:
It comes with really good humbuckers. It is really lite too...almost too lite. It didn't really come with anything else though.
    Quality:
The body finish is really good too and it takes a lot for it to chip. Over time, the electronics can become loose and you need to take it to a shop to get it fixed unless you think u can do it yourself...but be careful, you might break it.
    Manufacturer Support:
I don't really know because i haven't had to call the manufactures. As far as I know, it come with like a lifetime warranty.
    Value:
I would have like to pay a little less than i did. That does not mean that it is not good for it's price because it is and it is probably the best guitar out there for it's price. It sounds exactly like the Gibson SG Standard. I owned one but i eventually sold it because i needed extra money to buy my car. When the car was payed off, i decided to buy it again but the money was once again tight. So i bought the G-400. PERFECT!!!
    The Wow Factor:
God, this guitar look soooo bad ass and I think it has the best body other than the Epiphone G-400 goth xtreme.
    Overall:
I don't really think I will need another guitar. One sounds EXACTLY as good as the Gibson SG standard. If you have the money to buy a Gibson SG, DON'T DO IT!!! Just go buy a G-400 and get a nice stack or something.

    Sound:
This Guitar gives out great sound. i thought that because it wasnt a gibson it wouldnt rock, but god i waz wrong.
    Feature:
The double soud knobs help a lot. and the chord that came with it works fine. the only thing i'd change iff i waz epiphone is include a black bag like the squir comes with, or give a strap.
    Ease of Use:
It is very easy to fix the sound to fit ur unique taste. IT also works great with other amps frome other companies. ut of most guitars this is a very easy to play instrument and u get use to the shape quick.
    Quality:
The packing of this problem is great and it is ver sturdy so i dont worry about something breaking.
    Manufacturer Support:
I didnt have any problems, but they did include a great replacement card that was easy to find in the box.
    Value:
A great price for this guitar anywhere. it almost seems like the stores are getting ripped off. i wouldnt waste anymore money on a gibson because i cant imagine it being better than this.
    The Wow Factor:
This is the best looking guitar. it makes anyone look like angus, or any other rockstar. It is very classic rock looking but at the same time its metel too.
    Overall:
I think i can expect this guitar to be with me when i die (thats howstrong i feel about its built). It is great for anyone from a country player to playing to screemo. I think the sound and shape though, is what made me pick this guitar.

"G 400, You just gotta know how to fix it up a bit =]"

    Sound:
Ahh yes, i have heard alot of good and bad about this, truth is this guitar is just right, for the beginner and intermediate players. The guitar itself is really good in clean but i got some suggestions for those people who want a heavy sound out of this sucker. I reccomend you have a good distortion pedal (if your amp distortion sucks) for example i use a metal muff and this baby rocks with guitar, if you fix the tune-o-matic bridge, (mine was a bit off), change the strings( whats with those crappy strings??, at least mine), and raise the bridge pick up a bit, you get a nice heavy sound of this! 9 out of 10!!
    Feature:
No accesories but a cheapy cable that doesnt seem to do much for me. The four control knobs are perfect for differnt tones, not to mention the clean in the rhythm(using the neck pick up) is beautiful! you cannot go wrong with this guitar! One thing i wasnt verry psyched about was the heavy ass neck!! if your standing and u let it go it falls right down
    Ease of Use:
If you know about guitars and amps and pedals you will know what to do with it. like with any other guitar, you just gotta find its right sound for you ;)
    Quality:
Nothing was wrong with it, altough the knobs do look like they can fall off, up till now i havent had a problem

    "GET YOURSLEFT THIS GUITAR!!!"

    Sound:
The sound is great for if u are a Hawthorne Heights fan or whatever. It can be used for metal or whatever you like. And the sound cuts close to a Gibson too.
    Feature:
GET THE GUITAR!!! It's features are top of the charts!!!
    Ease of Use:
2 reasons it is uncomfortable: the neck is heavier than the body itself but you will be holding the guitar when you are standing and stuff which isnt too much a problem; The way the strap feels can feel a little strange at first but you get used to it. I still recommend it!
    Quality:
LOOKS GREAT and i am gonna buy it and put 3 white x's on the guitar to make it look like it's from Hathorne Heights! This axe is great for anyone and has great sound and you cant go wrong.
    Manufacturer Support:
NO CLUE DON'T OWN THE GUITAR...........YET!
    Value:
$400 isn't a bad deal at all it would probably sell for like 215$ i dunno
    The Wow Factor:
LOOKS GREAT, SOUNDS GREAT, what more could u want! It has a dark and eerie sound and i love it (no im not emo)LOL. they couldnt have done a better job on how this axe looks
    Overall:
THIS IS A GUITAR THAT WILL LAST YOUR WHOLE LIFE IF YOU TAKE GOOD CARE OF IT AND MORE IMPORTANTLY... ROCK IT!!!! I WANTED A GIBSON BUT THIS IS BASICALLY A DIFFERENT NECK AND THATS ALL!!!

    "Fantastic Guitar"

    Sound:
That guitar sounds very good. Comes with two Gibson Humbuckers and coupled with a Digitech RP50, that guitar just screams. Very happy with the sound
    Feature:
I was looking for a guitar that did not come with a whammy bar because I simply just don't use them. So this guitar for me comes will all the features I needed, 2 humbuckers and a 3 way toggle switch that gives you rythm, treble and something in between.
    Quality:
I paid 359$ cdn and I see it on amercian sites at 350$ US, so I really did get a very good deal on that baby and it's worth every penny. I would have most likely paid the 500$ cdn price tag for it but was happy to get it that cheap. The neck is ultra fast, the frets are perfect, so far the tuners respond well, can't see anything wrong with this guitar quality wise.
    Manufacturer Support:
I have not dealt with support yet and hope that I never will have to, so I can't really say anything about it. I gave it a ten because I presume that such a prestigious company as Gibson would threat their customers with respect.
    Value:
Great bang for the buck, worth every single penny I paid for it.
    The Wow Factor:
About a month ago I want to the guitar shop shopping for a G-400 Gothic with the satin finish and did not see that the G-400 on display. I tried the Goth and frankly did not like it that much. It played as good, it's just the finish that I find odd on the G-400 Goth. Then, this weekend I went back to the shop looking to buy an Ibanez RG321 or an RG370 and when I saw the Cherry red G-400, I had to try it. I fell in love with the guitar and did not even try the Ibanez guitars. I walked out with my G-400 and am very happy that I did
    Overall:
I expect this guitar to last me years and years. I love the way it plays, the sound the neck and everything I recommend it to anyone whos looking to buy a new guitar and that doesn't want to pay a fortune for one. It's fairly cheap in price but plays for at least double it's price. I have owned a Fernandez Revolver 55 (629$), a Gibson Explorer (875$), a Fender Squier american made (800$), a Ibanez EX series (350)$ and a Epiphone Les Paul (450$) and I must say that this SG-400 is my second best after my Fernandez Revolver. It plays better than all my previous guitars except for that Revolver and for a lot less money than most of the other guitars I owned.

    Sound:
This awesome axe is a great representation in all categories of the original Gibson SG. sound is wonderful.
    Feature:
When I first saw it, I thought it was a Gibson! Looks exactly like the '61 Reissue SG.
    Quality:
I'd guarantee the guitar for a million years!

Even though I'm 14 years old, my parents asked the owners about shipping, handling, warranty, and they said that it would arrive in just two days!
    Value:
$449.00? pretty good for a high-quality SG. I think it should sell for a little over $300.

    "it freakin rocks"

    Sound:
The sound is awesome for a guitar at its price....if you installed Gibson 57 classics in it, it would be nothing less than a Gibson, except for the name, which is what i plan to do in the near future. All of you who think it sucks at sound, just get gibson hunbuckers in it and have the whole guitar set-up at a professional guitar shop and they'll set the bridge height, the intunation, everything the guitar needs for it to sound its best. After i did it to my G-400 it sounded a hundred times better.
    Feature:
its modeled right after a 62' and its got every feature. The half pick guard, the pearloid trapezoid inlays, the humbuckers, slide through neck. its got everything the 62' had at a fraction of the cost.
    Quality:
its great after you have it professionally set up
    Manufacturer Support:
not needed...but since theyre under gibson, i bet theyre great
    Value:
in my mind, its the best guitar for the price ive ever seen....
