"GET this GUITAR!"

Sound:

the sound is great: havent had a chance to play it thru a high class amp in awhile, but it sounds great. i was worried about the stock pickups, but they've been good to me so far. ill probably switch em out for some EMG's if i keep playing this guitar.

Feature:

the guitar is nice n' light, which is good bc im not the biggest person around. the shape is unique and I love it. problem is, it gets in the way a little when trying to play. It's not enough to really complaing about however. The 2 things that keep this from getting a 10 are the strings and the jumbo frets. It comes with those heavy strings, which are great for playing in C but for some people, especially people who want to play fast..they're too heavy. the jumbo frets also make it more difficult to play lightning fast up and down the neck. HOWEVER..... these 2 features may be great for other people. just because i didnt like them doesnt mean they'll annoy everyone. oh yea..it has no tremolo arm. keep that in mind..for better or for worse.

Ease of Use:

very easy to use! a great beginner's guitar that an expert will appreciate also! ive let so many people play this guitar..people with all levels of expertise, all who had a good time rockin' out on it.

Quality:

great quality..hasnt had any problems yet and ivehad it for a year.

Value:

im so glad i didnt buy that fender strat! this is a much better value.

The Wow Factor:

i think it looks good...i didnt buy it for its looks but in spite of its looks. the picture looked a little weird to me. but i was pleasantly surprised to open the box and find out it looks better in person. if i get another F series guitar, i want the see thru red finish. THATS a beauty.

Overall:

i could probably keep playing this guitar for years. not that i wont go out and buy more guitars..but it's durable and im quite attached to it. im not sure whether i want to hotrod this one or buy another ESP guitar. ESP is a great brand and Im definitely an ESP girl for life =D

"SWEET TONE for a SWEET PRICE"

Sound:

the sound of this guitar is amazing. Has an awesome clean sound and an even better distorted sound. This has a great tone.

Feature:

The features are average. Just ur usual vol.,tone knobs, the 3 way switch.

Ease of Use:

this guitar has a super fast 24 fret neck which just rocks.Great pickups.

Quality:

this a very dependable axe. Just check all the screws and the jack and make sure their tight every so often and it will last for years.

Manufacturer Support:

i havent had to deal with the company.But if they're as nice as their guitars u shouldnt have a problem.

Value:

defintely.

The Wow Factor:

the design is freakin awesome.

Overall:

if something happened to this guitar i would probably replace it or get the f250.

Style of Music: Metal

Experience: Closet case metal junkie since before Metallica was "cool" to play on the radio!!!

"A keeper"

Sound:

The sound of the F50 is pretty good right out of the box.....until you put some ditortion to it. It lacks clarity and can sound pretty muddy at high gain levels. That has all since cahnged! I install the EMG 81/85 combo and it total woke this guitar up. It now has monstrous tone and sustain out the ying yang. Well worth the cost fo $380.00 ($200.00 for the F50 and $180.00 for the EMGs) Now this guitar has more range from a bluesy sound through the 85 to a total metal assault through the 81. The tone knog definitely has mor effect on the actual tone unlike the stock ones.

Feature:

Cool bridge and all blacked out hardware. Very cool looking body. Neck has good feel to it. Pick up were "ok" but like I stated in my short novel above they had to go. They did sound good on a clean chqannel, though. Could us 1 more tone and one more volume knob to give a little more freedom in adjusting.

Quality:

Very well made. Can take the abuse of any metal head. everthing is tigh and right.

Manufacturer Support:

The best because I didn't have to use it!!!!!!

Value:

Most bang for the buck. Even with the pick up mod it still sounds like I payed a whole lot more for it.

The Wow Factor:

Nasty and sexy at the same time. And, hey that is a good combo in my eyes!!!

Overall:

9 Just because of the pick up issue. But way worth the dough.

"THIS GUITAR IS AWESOME, THE SOUND, THE LOOKS I RECOMMEND IT FOR ANY BEGINNER OR PRO, IT'S AN ALL AROUND GUITAR"

THE HUMBUCKERS REALLY GAVE ME THE "METAL" SOUND I LIKE AND THEY REALLY HELP WITH THE SOLOS BETTER THAN JUST SINGLE COIL PICKUPS DO. AND DURING A SOLO I WAS PLAYING THE HUMBUCKERS REALLY PICKED UP THE HARMONICS. AND THE TONE IS BAD -ASS!

Feature:

I REALLY LIKED THE SWITCH IT ALSO HELPED WITH MY SOLOS, GAVE A GOOD EFFECT THE HUMBUCKERS I LOVE! I'M A METAL MAIAC SO THE LOOKS AND THE SOUND OF THE WHOLE GUITAR GAVE ME THE CREEPS WHEN I FIRST SAW IT... IT WAS LIKE IT WAS MADE FOR ME

Quality:

I HAVE HAD MINE FOR ABOUT A YEAR AND I HAVE HAD NO PROBS AND THE TUNING KNOBS DONT MOVE AT ALL WHILE PLAYING YET TO TUNE IT UP THEY'RE PERFECT EASE, THE FINISH IS PERFECT

"Great guitar for a great price!"

Sound:

With the stock pick ups it sounds great! But I'll be adding a EMG 60/81 combo to it soon.

Feature:

Very simple, one tone, one volume, three way toggle switch. I like the style of the switch.

Quality:

Very well made, I thought the bolt on neck was going to bother me. But it has great sound. If you don't mind not having the maple flame body (f-100), save a few dollars and get the F-50.

Manufacturer Support:

I haven't had to contact them yet.

Value:

A great value. The total I payed was less than $199 at my local music store.

The Wow Factor:

I love the look, it has a very wicked kick @$$ look.

Overall:

I'm very satisfied with my buy. I heard a lot of things, both positive and negitive, about the F-50. I couldn't be happier.
