Feature:
The factory shipping box came with a small kit that included the tremolo bar, an extra spring for the floating bridge and four allen wrenches. Also included was a very comprehensive owners manual and a 2005 product catalog. The basswood body was thicker and heavier than I expected. The guitar weighs damn near the same as a Les paul. Very surprising. The tone and volume controls and selector switch are simple and robust. The licensed Floyd Rose seems decent enough but time will tell if I need to upgrade it. I am used to fixed bridges such as that on a Gibson so I am having to play around with the Floyd Rose to learn the ins and outs of this style bridge. So far it's not too bad. The neck is comfortable and well shaped and the XJ frets are really nice to play with. The skull and crossbone inlays look great and are well finished. The EMG pickups as mentioned earlier are very good. I am not seeing the need two swap them out as some people seem to suggest. The bridge pickup is nice and cutting. The neck pickup, (while a tad muddy as neck pickups usually are) is still pretty good.

Quality:
Simply put, this guitar is very well made. I was pleasantly surprised by the overall build quality of the guitar. I have to admit that the fit and finish is right there with my $1800 Les Paul Classic and better than that of my $1100 Les Paul Studio. The frets are nicely finished with no sharp edges whatsoever. Very smooth and clean. Nicely finished inlays as well. This guitar has good heft and has a very solid and substantial feel. I think it will be a very durable guitar and able to take abuse if needed.

Value:
This guitar is an excellent value. For what this axe sells for it is worth every penny and then some. I feel it can easily rival more expensive guitars in terms of quality, sound, look and feel.

Desirability:
This guitar has a very high "I want it" factor. It looks menacing with the black hardware and black finish. The skull and crossbone inlays add to the appeal as does the reverse headstock. Very cool indeed. It is simply a bad-ass looking instrument. I have to admit I bought it mostly for the look and the attitude but it is definitely more than just that.

Sound:
This guitar sounds great with the stock passive EMGs. It is very easy to attain that cutting Metallica tone with this guitar when you have your amp set up properly. I have an EMG 81 that I could throw in the bridge but I am not sure if it is necessary - I love the tone as it is. I play metal and hard rock almost exclusively and this guitar is fantastic for this style of music. I also own a couple of Les Pauls and was comparing the tone to the KH-202. I have to say while it is tough to beat the thick, meaty tone of a Les Paul the KH-202 comes pretty close.

I have not had to deal with customer service yet. I had to give a 9 though to keep the average rating from dropping. :)

Overall:
Overall this guitar is fantastic. I am very pleased that I bought it and there are no regrets. If it were stolen I would definitely want another. Don't be afraid to take a look at the KH-202 - you will not be disappointed.

this guitar is really nice if you are wanting to play metal songs. the sound is great it is even better on the actual model. i own them both and the hubuckers are great on both the kh202 puts out just about the best sound.

i jcalled thm up and asked for it and i recieved my warranty is good and i have not had any problems with it

inever will buy adifferent guitar again

Feature:
EMG HZ H4 pickups are nice, although i changed them to active EMG 81s for a slightly better sound - but they are good enough as they are really. The Floyd-Rose trem is great - stays in tune for ages - i havent had to tune since i got it. The only problem with the trem is its more difficult to restring if you break one.

Quality:
amazing quality - i was suprised to see it for only $450 - in England, where i live(unfortunatly) it costs around

Desirability:
skull and crossbone fret inlays look better in real life upside down headstock the guitar is sweet

Sound:
the guitar has really nice tone to both pickups and sound like emg 81's anyways no matter what kind of emg's the are there just pure heavy but also versitile enough to play all kinds of music

Ease of Use:
i put 10 down because if you are an experienced player its easy to set of the floyd rose but if not i recommend reading up and watching videos about it

Feature:
The double locking trem allows for crazy string bends with less breakage and more tuning stability. The downside to the trem is that you have to use a tool every time you tune a string or change it.

Quality:
This is a VERY durable guitar. It can withstand years of power chord and strind bend abuse!!!

Value:
For a signature guitar with all the goods, this price is like givin it away!!!

Desirability:
It is a must for any rig, and is VERY VERY awesome!! Not much "sex appeal," but who cares-IT ROCKS!!!!

Sound:
With the high output humbuckers and all other perfections of this guitar, a wide variety of great tones can be achieved!!!

Support:
You can modify parts on the guitar, such as the humbuckers, but nothing really needs modifying. As for the company, I've never had to deal with it.

Overall:
I believe this will be the last guitar I'll buy. It's got all the "bells and whistles" an instrument needs.

Value:
I an very happy with what I received for a guitar in this price range. I also purchased one the PRS LE Soapbars, I like the KH better.

Sound:
Love this guitar. Didn't think I would like anything other than my Hamer Standard and Les Paul. I was wrong! Amazed at the ballsy sound I get that is similar to the Les Paul. It is lighter than my other guitars but still has a good feeling weight to it.

Support:
Don't know, haven't needed any.

Overall:
This is great guitar for beginners to ???. My son has just started playing and he says it is easier to play than others. It might be because it is such a cool looking guitar.

Feature:
i absolutley love the floyd rose u can squeal ur ass off and will never! go out of tune, also the 24 frets is great to have, and the cutaways are huge and great for high fret acsess

Quality:
straight out of thebox this guitar was a dream all i did was change the pickups and it was perfect for stage, but i would never play a live show without a back up simply because of the simplicity of the floyd rose trem

Value:
this guitar is extreamly cheap for the amount of quality of this guitar

Desirability:
the guitar looks quite plain but never to mind because in the studio this sounds like the chunky'ist guitar ever

Sound:
these pickups kickass, although to get abit heavier tone for me i baught a set of EMG-ZW zakk wylde signature, just to get a bitmore natural dive out of these active pickups

Ease of Use:
well for me i play mainly heavy metal like trivium, pantera, slipknot,metallica and bands along the lines of them, i have a vast array of pedals including the boss metalzone, boss chorus, line 6 uber metal, boss chromatic tuner, boss blues driver and a boss acoustic simulator i also have a crate g412sl cab and a blue voodoo 120 head i have used this guitar a bunch of times live and a lot of times inthe studio and i have never had a slip up with this guitar

Support:
when i baught this guitar there was a chip in the machine head due to crappy freight but i called up esp and straight away they shipped me a new kh-202 and never asked for the older1 back

Overall:
overall this is the best guitar i have ver owned and the cheapest to so i rate this a 10 out of 10

dude..its a lincensed floyd rose..lol um in case for people who dont have very much knoledge on guitars lycensed floyd roses are just patents and there usually cheap FR so and they buil up residue in your saddle so it may break strings in or by the saddle so just get a original floyd rose put on this puppy and it should make and incrediable diffrence

overall for the price its a good mid-level guitar

Sound:
The sound is ok with the pickups in it but if you want a real hammet sound get EMG81/61 thats all he uses plus they have more of an output so, most people who buy this guitar are looking for a lead sound so get the 81 EMGs
