Quality:
Nice workmanship,Nice top wood,But could use a little fret work on sides(does not effect playability)

Desirability:
beauty..trns blue, quilted top,maple neck....named it "blondieblue"

Sound:
Sounds better than stock jap strat that it replaced

Support:
Never needed it .I ordered bass and guitar pedal boards in the past also without any issues

Overall:
Was shipped on time.Came set up with 9's wich I changed to 11's.After set-up played good.When I ordered it I though xtra jumbo frets meant wide and low like gibson,so I was surprised when I learned that it meant narrow and tall.Since I'm used to squeezing the notes and chords,at first it was very difficult to play with open chords going sharp alot.Then I realized how little effort it takes when playing with a light touch.Also I noticed that playing with these frets was so much less wear and tare on my hand and fingers.I've played it for the last 11 days for at least 4 hours a day without tearing up my fingers The guitar plays efforlessly.If this lower end ESP is this good I'm shure the upper end is great.
