"Great American Tele vibe and sound at an attractive price."

    Sound:
It has the Tele jangle I was looking for. I own a couple of Tele knockoffs that I like, and this one blows them away.
    Feature:
Came with a Fender hard case. As far as features, two pickups, two knobs and a switch - not complicated. I like the fact that it uses Fender American made pickups.
    Ease of Use:
Playing through a Fender Deluxe Reverb, I can go from country twang to thick, rich jazz sound. This guitar can do all the things I like to play - classic rock, funk, reggae, blues . . . .
    Quality:
I've heard others talk about poor quality construction. This guitar has no visible flaws. The neck has a nice tight fit with no gaps. There are no finish flaws, and the hardware has a nice solid quality vibe.
    Manufacturer Support:
I have owned a number of Fender products and have never had cause to require Fender service, so I am neutral on this one.
    Value:
I am well pleased with what I got for the mondey - definitely a good value in my book.
    The Wow Factor:
I like the matte, honey blond finish. I have heard that it wears rather quickly, which is a plus for me, especially on a Fender. I like the way a well used guitar looks.
    Overall:
I have a number of other guitars, including two Tele knockoffs. This one is better, although it cost the same as one of them. I won't supplement it, but I won't be looking to replace it any time soon.

    "Great american quality."

    Sound:
Telecaster is a specialty guitar. The twangy bridge pickup is awesome for honky-tonk, blues, and rock. This axe has it's limitations. It can only handle so much overdrive distortion and it wants to sustain forever. Sounds good through vintage style tube amps.
    Value:
Just like an American without the hardshell case and shiny paint job. Has a better bridge than the american series.

"A great American-made guitar -- well worth the money!"

    Sound:
Awesome telecaster sound quality. Suits many different styles of playing, from twangy country to classic rock n' roll. With two single coils, I would not recommend it for heavy metal style music though. Get a tele with two humbuckers if that's what you're into.
    Feature:
I love the slim neck, and smooth satin finish. This guitar is extremely comfortable to play. Mine has an alder body that makes it a lot lighter than many other solid body guitars. I love the rosewood fretboard, and the large frets make it very easy to play leads. It is perfect for string bending too, and mine just doesn't know how to go outa tune!
    Quality:
No complaints at all. Mine looks beautiful.
    Manufacturer Support:
Nope. No need to deal with Fender. So I'm gonna leave this one unrated.
    Value:
The price is pretty good, considering it's American-made, and the parts are all solid. I would highly recommend spending a few hunder dollars more to purchase a Highway 1 than settling for the cheaper Mexican-made Squiers.
    The Wow Factor:
I have already written several songs on this guitar -- it has really inspired me with its easy feel and beautiful tone.
    Overall:
I expect this guitar will last many years. It's well-built, and suits my desire to own a Telecaster (rather than playing other people's). Yes, if something happened to it, I'd get another Tele.
