Style of Music: I have an acclectic style, so it depends on my mood; I like to play classical, rock, latino, and I love heavy metal

"Fender Esquire Custom Scorpion: simple, elegant, sexy, and different"

Sound:

This guitar with the Atomic II Humbucker pickup has a unique sound. Paired with a nice amp and some fx this guitar is extremely versital. The sound I was striving for was an elegant versital sound, this guitar has it. Alone, this guitar speaks for itself, it needs no Fx, played clean, I fell in love with this guitar. I use a Fender 25 1965 amp with reverb right now, but this guitar deserves a nicer amp.

Feature:

The neck of this guitar is rosewood, the body mohogany, all the metal components are black chrome. With this guitar you get what you pay for. It is a higher quality guitar made with quality materials. It is thin, and not as heavy as a Fender Strat. The Atomic II humbucker is a nice pickup, the only knob on this guitar is the volume knob. The string through body is a very nice feature.

Quality:

This guitar is well made. The finish is even and there were no blemishes when I bought it. The black gloss finish is prone to show all fingerprints, but aside from that, this is a nice guitar. It looks like it will last a long time. It would be a good on the road guitar or a hobby guitar. I don't believe I will need a backup for this guitar.

This guitar is worth every penny.

The Wow Factor:

When I saw it in a magazine, I loved the look of it. When I played it, I had to have it. This guitar is different; it is simple, elegant, and sexy. The glossy black and the cream are complimented by the scorpion inlay.

Overall:

This is the guitar purchase. I plan on upgrading my amp, and maybe getting some different Fx but I would wear this one out before replacing it. After a year of searching for the perfect guitar, none sounded as good and were as aestheticly pleasing as this one. I believe that simplicity is elegant and beautiful. What I wanted when I was guitar shopping was simple, a unique quality sound without too many knobs and switches. I wanted one that looked different, like nothing I had ever seen. I wanted quality parts and materials from a quality brand that I trust. I found everything I wanted in this guitar. If this guitar was stolen, I would cry, and I would replace it.If I could change anything about this guitar, I would put the locking tuners on it, like on Carvin guitars.

"Pretty NICE!!!"

Sound:

Damn, it sounds awesome. One pickup, one knob. That is all you need. I like the sound of it, and I just picked one up for 300 bucks. So I think it sounds pretty damn good for the price.

Feature:

Most useful feature... The volume knob. That is all you need really. Though I do not need another feature. Hey, it sounds clear and that is all you need. I will plug a pedal in it if I need a feature.

Quality:

Looks pretty well done to me.

I did not need to do anything yet, so I am cool.

Value:

For the deal I got it, it is most deffinatly a good buy. Though even in the 600 range it is alot better than the s that is out there right now.

The Wow Factor:

It is cool, very simple and black. No inlets... Sorry I cannot think how to spell right now. Though all round a nice piece, though there is always something to make it look cooler.

Overall:

Overall, it is a quality product. I am not going to be looking for anything soon. And it does meet my musical goods...
