Fender Custom Telecaster with Flame Maple Top (Rosewood) Customer Review

Sound:

very good and usable tones. very responsive. it's like the tones are jumping out of my brain and bypassing my arm! tested w/ a peavey transtube 112 efx amp. reponds well to all effects. great tone at high and low volume. it reminds me of a custom shop set neck tele i usta have and miss. great neck feel. great look. useful switching. simple, convenient, no-nonsense controls. for an import, i don't think you could improve it without charging custom shop prices. a few more color choices would be welcomed, tho'. "y'all buy one, y' hear......then pawn it for beer money, so's i can get it real cheap."

Quality:

oozes confidence. looks like a 50 yr axe to me.

Manufacturer Support:

fender is notoriusly hard to reach. the website leads you in all kinds of crazy directions, and...takes forever to load. i think the guitar will outlast the current management, tho'.

Value:

a little pricey for a korean axe. i'll wait for a used one.

The Wow Factor:

like i say " it reminds me of my old custom shop setneck tele that i foolishly sold". mongo like! mongo want!

Overall:

by habit......i will most likely sell it.....i rarely keep anything for very long.......but i would like to own it for a little while.....'tis truly bitchin' m'lud".
