"The way they are cheating you."
Feature:I still think you should include some type of bass components other than what is there.
Quality:
This definitely not last very long in an all out concert playing mode.
Value:
You actually should lower the price a little.
Desirability:
This PA system looks nice, but it needs more sound "bang for the buck" than what it has now.
Sound:
This pa system has a lot of versatility. It is not very big in size but it is definitely big in sound. When you take this to a small concert it really works wonders on your ear drums. Great for first timer concert players or for small garage bands. Although it really should include a better bass quality.
Support:
Very good support is included with the package if needed. They are there 24/7.
Overall:
I am searching for another product right now.
